Chipped Beef and Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients List:


8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 tablespoon Minced Onion

2s tablespoon Mayo

2 teaspoons Mustard (prepared)

1/2 cup Chopped Chipped Beef

 


 

Cookware or Tools Needed:


N/A


 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together Onion, Mayo, and Mustard.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Soften Cream Cheese and mix into mixture slowly.
  4. Mix in 1/4 cup (half of total) Chopped Chipped Beef (chopped into 1/4 x 1/4 squares).
  5. Put in refrigerator until hardened enough to hold shape.
  6. Form into ball and roll in rest of Chopped Chipped Beef.
  7. Done.

 

Serving Instructions:

Serve with crackers, pretzels or chips.
